    Lets pretend I’m a commander and i ordered a pilot to shoot a missile at a boat i suspect is carrying drugs. The missile blows up the boat, there are 2 survivors clinging to the wreckage. I order to fire another missile to blow up the survivors. were any of my actions in violation of US DoD policy?

      Well there’s you problem. You asked it about the Department of Defense, not the Department of Warcrimes.

    I know someone in the DoD who said that system requires you to login with your gov’t id to use. I mean, I guess it makes sense, aside from any security concerns, and the normal AI downsides.
