What secret music do I hear
Upon the drums of my ear
What great pleasure I feel
I come from nowhere and I shall return
Because of you people I will flee
I see my late identity burn

5·3 hours agoJust so you know, I had to look that up to make sure it wasn’t some medical condition or something wrong with it that I was unaware of. But you’re correct, it does indeed have a stoma lol.

2·4 hours agoYeah I definitely wasn’t intending on making fun of it with this post. I love the look of dyed hair, personally. And this particular kind of stuff with all the hues is an art form.

20·15 hours agoThat’s cool, I can kinda see it, although it doesn’t have the pink / purple hues. This isn’t an offensive meme I hope? I just thought it was offbeat funny.

2·17 hours agoDefinitely. It’s the gateway. And a complete fantasy apart from maybe a few well off influencers living the dream without abuse and other.
But I mean, you just need to delve into mainstream social media occasionally to see what the men on the manosphere side of this reactionary conservative movement really think and openly say when they’re attacking feminist pages daily.
Any gen Z women that get lured across the line from cottagecore to tradwife are in for a hell of a fucking time with these broccoli top little nazi gen Z boys.

I really hope this isn’t a copy paste of that Reddit legend lol. Otherwise I love your story! I love these birds more, the more I read about them.
In my part of the world in South Africa, the only corvid type I ever (seldomly) see around is the Pied Crow. They’re also fairly large and I wouldn’t want to mess with an aggressive one. I’ve never really heard of people befriending them or having any particular trouble with them around here though. And I only ever see one, maybe two at a time.

1·2 days agoI understand the sentiment but also, I should think a community called “Witches vs Patriarchy” would actually involve the “vs Patriarchy” part and not just be another !witchymemes@lemmy.world. And Andrew Tate is like everything wrong with the patriarchy rolled into one and one of the poster boys for it these days. So it comes with the discussion.

3·2 days agoI would say that the point is this kind of sentiment from the manosphere, for example just these quotes by Andrew Tate:

Look familiar? Good for you if you get to live your middle upper class cottagecore dream with a hipster lumberjack that brings home everything you’ll ever need. That definitely sounds pretty awesome.
But mostly this is about control and power of men over women, especially for women that aren’t in the economic class to get to have shelves of unread books and the luxury of spending all of their time doing arts and crafts and making tiktok videos.

This has been going on much longer and I wish I had saved previous months. But I’m going to share this shit here each month from now on.

21·2 days agoI can agree with mental age and a difference of 5 years, provided both are out of school. A 20 year old with a 15 year old is dodgy af though.
But also, and this is based on real life shit that I’ve seen said on the cesspool that is mainstream social media, this guy is definitely talking about being 30+ years old and preying on women fresh out of school or grooming on social media even before that.
The more maga manosphere religious conservative they are, the more open and honest they are about this shit.

0·4 days agoFun fact: to this day I still don’t know what the “loss” thing is all about and I’ve never bothered looking it up.
But no, in case you’re serious, I think it’s just old fashioned left to right, top row then bottom row. Like a comic book. A style that was fairly popular before internet brain rot.

I’m honestly not too sure where else to post this kind of content. ‘Witches vs Patriarchy’ does seem like it should be more witchy content than this. But there’s no plethora of ‘blatant misogyny’ and ‘men and females’ type communities here like Reddit. And !feminism@beehaw.org seems like it’s more for articles and things of actual substance than memes or screenshots.
