I took a quick skim. By toxic atmosphere, they mean as in probable health hazard, not as in directly killing people immediately.
Indoor co2 levels can easily hit 1000+ ppm co2, especially if your dwelling is well sealed, as many energy efficient dwellings are. Submarines keep co2 at the thousands ppm for extended periods and were the impetus for co2 studies on how much humans can take.
I don’t think a major concern of rising atmospheric co2 is the direct threat to health caused by elevated co2 levels. I, personally, would be angered if someone told me that high co2 levels were dangerous to human health and then I read this.

consider it reparations ✊😤

My understanding is that it is only “outside the law” in that
There are no internationally agreed catch limits in the region covering squid
The law of the sea, probably / theoretically UNCLOS, would still apply. I don’t think any power would approve of anything militancy related and I think it’s likely they would take steps against any groups that are involved in anything militancy related.

How are you supposed to raise a 10X engineer without 10X-ing the Tylenol dosage?
What’s the alternative? A 4X engineer? Or heavens forfend, a … 1X engineer!?
I can’t imagine even the skinniest fit and thinnest 100% cotton denim fabric to mold to the legs enough to differentiate between toned and untoned calf muscles. I can’t even imagine the new 98% cotton, 2% elastane jeans to be that tight.
I can only conclude OOP’s definition of toned leg ∨ definition of jeans differ significantly from mine.
I settled on mediawiki myself due to basically how trustworthy mediawiki and mediawiki skins look. I use https://github.com/CanastaWiki/Canasta-DockerCompose myself but the default includes caddy, which I just overrode in the docker compose override. I believe Canasta is mainly driven by someone who works on a wiki farm.
I also know of https://github.com/nasa/meza.
However, I want to repeat my recommendation of miraheze. When I run into an issue or need an extension, I just look at what miraheze does or what people associated with miraheze do. I also believe that due to the nature of mediawiki it’s a better use of resources to have a wiki farm as opposed to many separate instances. If they will host your wiki, I think they’re the best choice.
