Microsoft has an app called ‘microsoft visio’. This is a different visio. That’s what they’re asking. But the visio stands for “visioconférence” which is their word for videoconference. Many people in France just say “I have a visio” when they have to use one of these apps, regardless of which one they use. So op is asking about a potential trademark infringement but I really don’t think it’s gonna be an issue because it’s such a common word.

No game can ever satisfy everyone. But just because it wasn’t for you doesn’t mean it’s not one of the greatest RPGs ever. I didn’t enjoy clair obscur like I thought I would, but I’m not gonna pretend it’s not an amazing game.

Yes, the map has evolved. They’re trying to make it more varied and more balanced. But there’s still only one map. Which is what league is probably going to do, because it’s better for the health of the game. Adding more maps doesn’t solve any design issues. It just makes balancing even harder.

If the game only has one map and the characters are bad on it, isn’t that a character design issue? You can change the map to be more varied/balanced, if it’s restricting the design that much. Adding more maps won’t make the first one more fair. That’s just rock paper scissors. And that’s fine for a small, casual game. But league wants to be a skill based competitive game.

It’s not us who’s voting on these issues. It’s pretty obvious you don’t understand how the process works. Why do you keep discussing it?

Dota’s had more or less the same map for the past 20 years and it’s been fine. The genre has issues but it’s definitely not the map variety.

Nope, even tho the game is french, the original is English and French is a dub. They even splurged for well known/good english voice actors. But french dub is also good, so you can go for it if you want. Try both for a few minutes and decide which one you want, I guess?
