I appreciate your response, and I 100% agree on the D&D group point, but I just wanted to say that the food and the sleep advice wouldn’t really work for me just because of the way my body is. I only say this so that people reading your comment will understand that it’s different for every person and what might work for one won’t work for others.
For me I actually find snacking to be healthier (as long as it’s not junk food) because I don’t overeat since I don’t feel pressure to eat a full plate of food. And I personally don’t drink caffeine but I just limit my naps to 20 minutes to make sure I can get up easily. Skipping dinner or skipping eating at night also really messes up my routines and so it would be messing up my eating routine to fix my sleep routine which wouldn’t work for me in the long run.
