No, it is a quote of the previous poster. It’s funny because they think that distinguishing nazis from fascism has some bearing on the validity of the meme which is just silly af.

This short propaganda film rebranded “terror bombing” aerial bombardment strategy to seem like a moral obligation for competent war fighting. The US and allies have been utilizing this strategy consistently in various conflicts. They still didn’t “win” in (all of) Korea or Vietnam though.
