What a load of spam…
The full results were reviewed by attending radiologists and consultants, and all agreed that President Trump is in exceptional physical health which I know all of you will see with your own eyes later this evening when he opens up his dinner to the press, and perhaps you will see him when he signs the bill to reopen the federal government. So stay tuned on plans for that
So it was breaking news that he confirmed an MRI a month ago that hadn’t been acknowledged…
Like asking an AI…
Already then, people knew that Trump needs his answers prefabricated

Only improvement would have been to translate the texts to the local languages (and maybe make the text shorter). Maybe also add each recipient as BCC instead of them all being able to see each other
But all in all it’s a great help!

Imagine being a reporter, and saying no to those pictures. The price of those pictures would have been crazy today! Better than any NFT crap there ever has been

2 or 3 days won’t even register on a weekly report if people buy the products that they didn’t buy after the 3 days.
Just quit using them altogether. It is inconvenient and it is more expensive but making a stand should have a price. Otherwise it would have been just a sensible decision.

The swamp is by definition not a useful ecosystem
Drain the swamp is a political phrase used as a metaphor for getting rid of corruption, waste, and the improper influence of special interests and lobbyists in government. The “swamp” refers to the entrenched political system and bureaucracy, and “draining” it implies a commitment to foundational reform and clean-up.

That’s not draining the swamp… He’s expanding it!

Drain the swamp… He’s making a dam of it!

Border shopping isn’t different anywhere else
In Denmark we drive hours to Germany to buy cheap beer and tobacco
In Greece they travel(ed) to Turkey for cheap leather clothing

Also literally… If can both mean exactly something or be used for emphasis

I feel like non native users are often better at both formulating themselves and spelling, compared to many native speakers
Especially the part where people replace ‘have’ with ‘of’. (Would of instead of would have / would’ve)
Non native speaker here too btw

Well… Denmark just bought a bunch of them last month even though the US threatens to invade its territory…

Why don’t we call them hostages when Israel does it?

I went down the rabbit hole because it isn’t a word either… It stands for Special Containment Procedures

God I hate abbreviations… Especially in a long post where the poster obviously doesn’t mind typing… SCP, MC, DDLC, VN,… 🤦

When you find them, go check the user’s other posts and comments.
I find that often, they have deleted all their content and sometimes even their account. This is especially the case in Reddit where people seem to have gotten enough

So… Some background information. I originally posted this in c/mildly interesting
Greece has been plagued by corruption for ages and trust in authorities is minimal. Greek news notoriously writes about system exploitations, power abuse and corruption. The police has been a key feature to demonstrate this. Recently they have also focused on police giving celebrities rides in police cars
All in all Greeks seem to be tired of the authorities not doing their job and abusing the power and means that they have been assigned
I doubt anybody will be brave enough to show up for the Olympics by then
