I played it earlier this year on emulator and had very few problems. It ran at mostly 60fps and I had pretty minimal glitches.
There were a ton of “would you still love me if I were a worm” videos and memes coming out at least a few years ago. It seems like it was more of an TikTok thing but it spread a bit.
Why is the worm meme making a comeback on Lemmy? Not complaining, just curious since it’s a couple years old now.
I mean, as someone who grew up watching and loving friends, it’s extremely problematic.

As a game dev myself, I’ve had to learn to just quietly accept repeat feedback. I’m often already aware of most problems and bugs during some playtests, and I used to say “I know I gotta fix that” to some lower priority bugs, but it’s better to encourage any and all feedback for sure.
So are you going to be the general, inspiring and gathering people, and picking targets? Or is this just yet another call for generic violence against any targets so you can feel that others are “doing something.”
I’m not a killer. I’m not interested in killing random conservatives. I’m interested in things that reduce pain and suffering in the world. Murdering people who don’t agree with me is not the way I want to live my life.
It really, really depends on the situation and delivery, and you’re doing a lot of heavy lifting with these assumptions. There are plenty of situations where a psych nurse saying that to a patient might make perfect sense, as well as lots of situations where it’d be inappropriate.
Aren’t phones literally designed to run and be on all the time nowadays? Huh?
Like, yeah, you’re using old hardware to run stuff and you presumably stopped using that phone for some reason, so it makes sense not to run vital services off your old phone, but for simple stuff like this it seems neat.
