Johnson either stands to gain a ton financially by keeping Congress in recess long enough for the Epstein files to drop off the headlines, or they are using some other leverage to keep him in line like evidence of a serious crime he committed etc.

We all know what happens now. The fuhrer ignores the ruling and people stay in the camps. Then it gets appealed, appeal fails, then the SC gets to vote 6-4 in favor and it’s now the law of the land.

Even if the files contain irrefutable proof that Trump trafficked and raped children with Epstein, Johnson and the GOP know that his base will either dismiss it as ‘fake news’, AI or otherwise convince themselves that Trump raped kids because the Democrats used their mind control ray to set him up.

I suspect the real reason they want to keep it under wraps is to protect their billionaire donors who will be named in the files.
