Pedantic dude here : I am sorry but the meme is inaccurate. While it is true that André Béguin was a nazi, and also that Wauwilermoos was an absolute nightmare, treatment was not (so) different for allied and axis POW.

POW from both sides were getting warm bath and full meals in the Swiss hotels, so that Switzerland could then send the bill to concerned countries. Only the POW who tried to escape Switzerland and were caught were sent to one of the three internment camps. The goal for Switzerland was really to make other countries pay, to compensate for the loss of the tourism industry.

Those internment camps, especially Wauwilermoos are a shame for the country, but for once Switzerland was indeed neutral.
