I really hope that more people can experience this. People complementing me in the gym definitely inspired me to pay it forward despite my shyness recently and I’m going to try and do more of it.

I feel like this isn’t that unrealistic to be honest. I’ve been training for a few years and had multiple strangers comment positively and out of the blue on my training. I’m nothing special either, I think there are just nice people out there.

We have some recurring meetings where team members are expected to add discussion topics to a doc beforehand. If nobody does the meeting gets cancelled, it’s great.
