      Suuuuuuure.

      He’ll randomly walk in the opposite direction of a head of state during a formal meeting, dance awkwardly to himself on television for a half hour to a song on repeat, get up during a cabinet meeting to stare blankly out the window for 10 minutes, shit himself on live television repeatedly

      …but him calling into a talk show and doing a character he was known for in the past when he’s supposed to be in a meeting is preposterous.

        Eh, it sounded like a (really good) impression. Not saying it would be out of character, it’s definitely the sort of thing he would do. But the caller sounded too young and alert.
