    From what I hear, that can be dangerous. No way to tell if ICE will shoot first, not ask questions. Especially considering it’s ICE, probably the furthest you can get from Mensa quality people in general right now.

      Life is dangerous. Protecting people from oppression is dangerous. You have to decide which is more valuable to you, your comfort or your neighbors safety.

      people have different levels of risk tolerance

      person A might have kids they need to be home to look after, and this can’t risk this

      person B might be have no dependents and a strong social circle, and thus can bear the risk

      it take a community to stand up to nazis

      It’s slightly dangerous in that respect, let’s be honest. Still good to keep in mind, though.

      It’s astronomically less dangerous than when DHS, ICE, and whatever they eventually morph into have moved on from “illegal immigrants” and started rounding up the minority group that YOU belong to. Oh, you don’t belong to a minority group, yet? Give it time.
