Abbott hates Houston…he loves that this is happening. No coercion needed, trust me. He’s just as evil as Trump, Miller, etc.
Every election he tried to put in new measures to make it more difficult to vote in the more populated counties because he knows it’s only a matter of time before the folks in the cities boot him and his asshole friends.
I would be surprised if they actually went to Texas. They say cities in red states, but strangely they seem to never go. Hmm…
They want to do this in Democratic areas to hopefully ultimately reduce the number of voters.

There’s no voters to reduce unless they remove citizens. Illegal immigrants cannot vote, but they are included in census data
That’s correct, but there are legal avenues for people to get citizenship and therefore to be able to ultimately vote.
Throw them out early, they don’t even have that option.
