    Makes sense, the matrix to which the artifice is applied continues to deteriorate.

      Once you get plastic surgery, you have to keep getting plastic surgery. It’s a forever and ever thing. Parts of it stay in your body/skin forever and permanently alter the way you look. You only become more and more grotesque.

        Sometimes, not others. Getting loose skin from weight loss removed will often go fine as will other stuff like bone shaving. It’s when you get to implanting or fighting aging that you enter a permanent battle.

          And while that’s true it’s an ongoing battle, it’s not simply because of cosmetic procedures, it’s also because of the steady march of the aging process people are fighting against.

            Yeah that’s a battle you really need to be careful about how you fight because it turns ugly fast if you use certain weapons in it. You won’t look young forever, but you can choose to age gracefully. Grow some laugh lines. Exercise in moderation (mostly cardio). Use sunscreen. And when your face starts to sag from age, embrace your crone era and start baking cookies for your loved ones
