I don’t care what time emails come in. I work for a Japanese company, so I get emails at pretty much any hour. My work hours and current local time are posted on my domain profile, if whoever is sending an email has an issue with my response time, they can take it up with my direct manager who will go to bat for me (he’s proven this more than a few times, I trust him).
Now if it was a Teams DM or text message directly to me well after work hours, that’s a whole 'nother conversation.
