The Taiwan High Prosecutors Office Intellectual Property Branch on Monday indicted three individuals and Tokyo Electron Taiwan Ltd. for stealing Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co.'s (TSMC) 14-nanometer (14nm) technology secrets.
