    The man charged with planting two pipe bombs near the Democratic and Republican party headquarters on the eve of the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol told the FBI he believed conspiracy theories about the 2020 election, according to two people familiar with the matter.

    So… Not an anarchist like the cops initially reported, but rather a stupid and violent right-wing “lone wolf.” What prize do I win for correctly predicting this? I must be able to see the future to know that the cops were bullshitting, huh?

        If they truly believed their bullshit and weren’t dumbasses they would realize Jan6 played right into the hands of the ruling class. An armed insurrection is absolutely guranteed to stoke authoritarian centrism in a populace and give permission for crackdowns on civil liberties and freedoms.
