    At least it sounds like most people are blaming the Republicans for this. We can only hope they remember this the next time they go vote, but I’m not holding my breath.

      Ironically, Republicans having complete control might just change peoples’ individual politics for the better. That could make a big difference. If we survive that long as a democracy.

        This is exactly my opinion as well - they only care when they’re personally affected. Now that they’re personally affected I think they’ll be open to crazy ideas like universal healthcare and taxing the wealthy. I do hope that I’ll still be alive when that happens…
