I feel like articles with titles like this have the intention of making me go “why would they escalate like that” when my reaction is always. “Good hope they do more things like that. Make the russian public feel like the longer this war goes on the less safe they will be.”
Might be reading into it too much but it really is the vibe I get from a lot of the russia-ukrain war news.
