Washington has presented Ukraine with a 28-point plan, which endorses some of Russia’s principal demands in the war, including that Kyiv cede additional territory, curb the size of its military and be barred from joining NATO.
Some of the smartest people are saying it. I walked in here and said “WOW these are some smart people saying it”. It’s not just me by the way, even though many are saying I’m one of the smartest they’ve ever met, they’re saying “sir we know you’re smart but these other smart people are saying this too”.
