Id say theres like a 25% chance you can hug a bear and come out unscathed.
Just have to catch a bear without cubs, thats curious, and not particularly hungry at the moment, and then also get lucky.

Have you seen house cats? They’d kill us, too, if they were bigger.
Considering dogs/wolves, humans kinda seem to have a thing for carnivora.
