  • Even right now it’s very expensive, and most people pay $0 for that, and they think AI is something cheap/free, but it’s not; it’s really expensive, and it shouldn’t be used for things like “Hey ChatGPT, what is the meaning of this?” or “Hey ChatGPT, what’s the weather for tomorrow?” Just use a fucking dictionary and a fucking weather website.

Also, I think for ChatGPT, “thank you”, “hello”… like all of this kind of message’s usage, maybe Claude’s or Grok’s total usage

When the public has to pay like API usage (as you point out, maybe more), then the AI bubble can burst.

  • The feel of emptiness of reading non-human articles, is… death-like, indeed… When you find an article, actually read it, invest your priceless precious human life-time into, imaginin the author and their views in attempt to find the frequency, and then… apparently, it was written by LLM/AI…

thankfully I can still quicly feel when an article is not human-made, I just feel “ew” when I see slop

  • nonetheless thanks you make me see more side that I was missing

Going Luddite didn’t work last time. Giving corporations the sole monopoly again will be a mistake

I agree that maybe 10% will not use AI but most of the public may/wil use and the system become more likely that if we don’t convince public that will be same mistake
