Das Bundesverfassungsgericht hat doch vor kurzem im Trageurteil bestimmt, dass es nicht verfassungsgemäß ist, wenn Menschen aufgrund ihrer verbleibenden Lebensjahre priorisiert werden. Damit wäre die Gestaltungsfreiheit hier erstmal sehr eingeschränkt, außer man bringt eben eine Verfassungsänderung durch. Aber, dass man eine 2/3-Mehrheit für eine Verfassungsänderung bekommt, die alte Menschen strukturell benachteiligt, halte ich für unwahrscheinlich.
Beim Verbot von Stoffen die üblicherweise als KO Tropfen genutzt werden, bin ich voll dabei. Die Risiken von Lachgaskartuschen sehe ich, aber das wird vermutlich jetzt wieder so ein Schwarzmarktding.

I kinda can’t blame him for being tired on a night shift. And I also wonder why these storage shelves are designed to destroy all their product and bury anyone who’s close to them at the tiniest bump.
This is literally the capitalist argument against universal healthcare: “if everyone would get free healthcare, nobody would take care of themselves anymore, and costs would skyrocket”
When in reality, what you can do with exercise and eating healthy against many expensive conditions is only very little.

Yes, or accepting that you are gonna fail, that it may be uncomfortable, and realising that life will go on, or that it doesn’t matter that much anyways.
